Over the years, NHL jerseys have improved a lot. Jersey's as awful as the Anaheim Ducks Wild Wing jersey have lost existence. Here is my list of the top five jersey's in the NHL. My list consists of uniforms's that have been worn at least once this season. Please comment, criticize, or even give me a list of your own.
5. Washington Capitals Alternate Jersey
The Washington Capitals third jersey has always been one of my favourites since it came out in the 2011 Winter Classic. The jersey closely resembles their original jersey worn from 1974-75 through 1994-95. Because of the great success it had during the Winter Classic, the Capitals organization decided to wear it on 16 different road occasions this season. So far they've worn it only twice this season. But, during the second half of this season, they will wear it more often.
4. Toronto Maple Leafs Alternate Jersey
So far this season, the Leafs third jersey has been a huge hit. They've already worn it 10 times fo far this season. Ever since I first saw the Leafs alternate sweater when it was revealed on September 23rd last year, I loved it. I guess you can call this a homer pick by me, but, this jersey has to be at least among some of the best in the league. What do you think?
3. St. Louis Blues Alternate Jersey
As if their home and away jersey's aren't already good enough. The St. Louis Blues have been using these jerseys as their third jerseys since 2008.
"The third jersey was designed by St. Louis-based Fleishman-Hillard, whose sports and creative services team worked closely with the Blues to develop a uniform that could appear modern in today’s NHL while also bearing a look that would make vintage collectors salivate."- St. Louis Blues website.
2. Pittsburgh Penguins Alternate Jersey
This uniform, just like the Capitals alternate jersey, was used in the 2011 Winter Classic has continued to be used this season. The third jersey is much different than the Penguins normal home and away jerseys. Actually, if you compare them, to me these jersey's are 10 times better than their home and away sweaters.
1. New York Rangers Winter Classic Jersey
How sick are these? Really? I'm willing to say that these may be one of the most beautiful jerseys in hockey history. The Rangers wore these sweaters in this year's Winter Classic, and I hope they use it as their alternate jerseys in the future. The jersey has a nice vintage look to it.

Good list, however.....I am a Blues fan and even I will admit the Blackhawks belong on there and number 1 should be the Red Wings, their logo is the best logo in all of sports in my opinion along with the 2. Raiders, 3. Indians, 4. Celtics and 5. Steelers.
Got to love the Red Wings and Steelers incorporating the city's industry into their logos.
Worst logos/jerseys in the NHL....5. Predators, 4. Kings, 3. Ducks, 2. Canucks, 1. Wild
all are hideous

What about the Flyers Winter Classic jerseys. I thought they had a great look to them. The Flyers P is black mixed with a white outline and the Jersey is Black and Orange. I thought those jerseys were sick and in my personal opinon should be on this list. I do agree all of the jerseys on this list are nice and maybe this list should of had a top 10 list on them. I also like thatt since the Flyers expansion year there jersey's have basically stayed the same. The Penguins jerseys to me don't make any sense. When i think Penguin I don't think of baby blue unless you want to say that the ice that penguins walk on has a blue shade to it.

Shouldn't this be top 5 third jerseys...no original jerseys included in the list and what about the Jets? Gotta say the regular Jets jersey is pretty sweet brings back memories of the first time around.....
