During tonight’s game between Florida and Pittsburgh, Sidney Crosby made an insane play to help his team keep possession of the puck. See for yourself above.
On a PP, Crosby received a pass and noticed he had a broken stick. He quickly threw his twig away and was able to kick the puck to a teammate. He then rushed to the bench to receive a new stick from the Pens’ equipment manager, and was even able to even come back into the play and keep the puck in the offensive zone as the puck came sliding back towards him.
This all transpired within a matter of seconds. Hockey is a really fast sport.
What was more amazing in the play? Crosby’s soccer skills or this equipment manager’s alertness?
