Jonathan Quick blooper results in horrible goal

Jonathan Quick blooper against the New York Rangers

What a blooper filled hockey season it’s been so far. A few days ago we got to see Zach Bogosian make a terrible giveaway to Corey Perry for Perry’s first goal of the season. Now, this hilarious Jonathan Quick blooper Monday night.

On a Los Angeles Kings powerplay, Rangers defensemen Ryan McDonagh made a simple clearance of the puck down the ice. Little did he know that this dump-in would result in a goal for the Rangers.

LA goaltender Jonathan Quick came out of the net to play the puck. He dropped his stick, the puck hit his glove and went into an unguarded empty net. Shades of Vesa Toskala
